Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining refrigeration systems in commercial and industrial settings.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose issues in refrigeration systems
- Perform routine maintenance on refrigeration equipment
- Install new refrigeration systems according to design specifications
- Repair or replace defective components in refrigeration systems
- Test system functionality and ensure proper operation
- Comply with safety standards and protocols during all work activities
Experience:
- Prior experience in refrigeration, and/or HVAC
- Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components
- Familiarity with temperature pressure charts is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Proficiency in using tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
