Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages learning, creativity, and respect among students.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain an orderly and productive learning space.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide individualized support to meet diverse learning needs.

- Provide tutoring and additional support for students requiring early intervention or special education services.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in preschool or early childhood settings, with a focus on literacy education.
- Strong skills in classroom management and the ability to educate children with varying needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
