About us:
Our established general and cosmetic practice on Justin Road in Flower Mound is growing, we're adding a second doctor and need a Registered Dental Assistant to help our team keep pace. This is a digitally-driven office: we use 3D digital imaging for diagnostics and handle implant surgery and restoration in-house, so you'll assist across a genuinely full scope of dentistry.
What you'll do: Chairside assisting across general, restorative, and cosmetic cases (including in-house implant surgery, crowns, Invisalign as an Invisalign Gold Provider, and sedation cases), digital radiographs and 3D scans, sterilization and setup, and patient prep and education in a fast-moving multi-doctor environment.
What we're looking for: Active Texas RDA certification · prior chairside experience preferred, comfort with digital workflows and a busy multi-provider schedule, dependable, patient-first team attitude.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:45am–4:00pm, Friday 7:45am–2:00pm.
Compensation: $18-$23/hr (Depending on experience)
