What You’ll Do:
Lead and support nursing staff to ensure exceptional resident care and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Oversee daily operations of your assigned unit, including staffing, training, and performance management.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote quality outcomes and a positive resident experience.
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Current LPN or RN License in the State of Florida
Current CPR Certification
2+ years of experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation setting.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Excellent communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
