Member Duties : Duties include: 1. Standard Operations Procedures by Review current documentation and adjust according to community needs and organization's resources. Interview of staff involved in aligning documented processes and actual tasks. Support the homeownership team to assess and develop recommendations for improved file organization systems and documentation processes. 2. Information Systems & Communication Plan by Review current CRM and create workflows, automatization to better communicate with program participants. Assess current communication channels and program needs. 3. Evaluate Effectiveness of the Program & Execute Outreach by Survey program participants to measure program success, Create an outreach calendar for matched savings program. Make recommendations for changes to strategy or implementation of the program.
