In a Technical Sales and Business Development management position, you will manage the technical sales team by providing field monitoring and specific expertise in multiple areas. Your mission includes:

Present and support enzyme technology in North America (USA, Canada, Mexico, etc.)

Develop sales and support distribution network
-
Develop and support new customers
-
Introduction of enzyme cleaning technology
-
Launching of curative and preventative cleaning treatments
-
Development of support plans to ensure customer satisfaction
-
Identification of customer expectations and issues
-
Setting up and monitoring support plans
-
Control the effectiveness of the solutions put in place
-
Training of customer’s staff
-
Control of equipment in place including simple technical interventions
-
Hygiene audit and assessment of solutions in place
-
Follow-up of customer tests:
-
Setting up test framework
-
Launching, monitoring and completion of tests
-
Others include:
-
Visit and develop business relationships with existing Key Accounts
-
Implement models established in different target markets
-
Monitor action plans with technology partners
-
Initiate high-level contacts in international groupings
-
Establish new technological partnerships
-
Develop new sales with customers, distributors and agents
Requirements include:

Degree in commercial science or in a scientific field is a plus (Microbiology, Chemistry, Bio-engineering, etc).

Great flexibility and mobility in the U.S. and abroad (passport req’d)

A minimum of 8 to 10 years of sales experiences in the field is required

Experience in sanitation practices in the food & beverage industries is an asset

Valid driver’s license
