We are looking for a dependable, compassionate CNA or HHA to provide one-on-one in-home care for a adult male client in the Wellington area.
This position is ideal for a caregiver who is comfortable providing hands-on personal care and physical assistance, including transfers, repositioning, mobility assistance, and other activities of daily living.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one personal care and companionship
- Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility
- Assist with activities of daily living and personal hygiene
- Follow the client's care plan and safety procedures
- Provide dependable, attentive, and respectful care
- Communicate appropriately with the client and care team
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
What to Bring:
- HHA Certificate or CNA License
- CPR Card (Accredited school like Red Cross or American Heart Association
- Physical - Within 6 months - must say "free of communicable diseases"
- Clear ACHA background
- Liability Insurance
- ID Card
- Social Security Card
- In- Services Needed - Domestic Violence, Assisting with Medication (2hrs), Cultural Diversity, Alzheimer's (3hrs), HIV, Infection Control and Neglect/Exploitation
