We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude, and enjoys leading by example.
This is a working supervisor position, meaning you'll spend 3 days each week cleaning guest rooms and 2 days performing supervisory duties.
What You'll Do
Housekeeping (3 days/week):
- Clean guest rooms to Hampton brand standards
- Work efficiently while maintaining quality
- Help keep our hotel clean, welcoming, and guest-ready
Supervisory Duties (2 days/week):
- Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness and quality
- Assign daily room boards to housekeepers
- Stock housekeeping floors and ensure supplies are maintained
- Assist with time management and daily productivity
- Support the Executive Housekeeper in leading the team
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience required
- Supervisory or management experience strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Able to follow direction and respect supervisors
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- No scheduling conflicts; must have flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
