Above competitive wages:
- Meets IDHS Lead Teacher Qualifications: $15.00-$22.00
- Meets IDHS Director Qualifications: $17.00 – $24.50
- Meets IDHS Director Qualifications AND has their IL Gateways IDC I: $19.00 – $26.50
- Meets IDHS Director Qualifications AND has their IL Gateways IDC II: $21.00 - $28.50
