We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labor Hand to assist with the excavation and installation of fiber optic and electric infrastructure. This role involves physical outdoor work including trenching, landscaping, and backfilling, while supporting a small, close-knit team. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to travel occasionally for projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with trenching and excavation for fiber optic installation.
- Perform landscaping and site restoration following construction activities.
- Handle backfill and compaction to ensure safe and clean work areas.
- Operate hand tools and small equipment under supervision.
- Support team members in daily tasks to maintain efficiency and safety.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Travel to project sites as required.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
- Ability to speak and understand English for team communication and safety compliance.
- Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate effectively in a small team environment.
- Willingness to perform physical labor outdoors in varying conditions.
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or utility work preferred but not required.
