Cenveo, a leading envelope manufacturer, is hiring experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanics for multiple shifts to maintain, repair, and install production machinery in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Pay & Schedule
- $25 - $32/hr depending on experience + applicable shift premiums
- 1st shift 7:15 am - 3:30pm (Mon - Fri)
- 2nd shift premium $1.25/hr / 3:25pm - 11:25pm (Mon - Fri)
- 3rd shift premium $1.50/hr / 11:20pm - 7:20am (Sun - Thurs)
- Flexibility to train on any shift
- Overtime may be required during busy season/based on business needs.
- Shift availability is subject to change
Primary Duties
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and part replacements
- Diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs
- Install, align, and modify equipment and components
- Read technical manuals/blueprints and maintain maintenance records
- Follow all safety procedures and support other departments as needed
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years mechanical maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude (hydraulics, pneumatics, gears)
- Skilled in troubleshooting and using hand/power tools
- Ability to read technical documents; basic computer skills
- Willingness to work overtime or assist with shift coverage
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, carrying
- Lift up to 50 lbs; push/pull up to 75-100 lbs
- Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glue
- Ability to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipment
