Summary
Are you a natural relationship-builder who loves the challenge of opening new doors? Supply Chain Solutions is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth by building strategic partnerships with shippers and logistics managers who want to optimize their freight operations.
This role isn’t an ordinary desk job. It involves real field work: visiting customers on-site, understanding their supply chain challenges, and introducing them to solutions that actually move their business forward. You'll develop consultative relationships, close deals, and grow existing accounts.
What You'll Do

Drive growth through active networking, cold calling, and scheduled client visits.

Develop tailored logistics solutions for new and existing customers using a consultative sales approach.

Manage current accounts through excellent service and regular on-site visits.

Prepare and deliver pricing proposals and roll out new customer initiatives.

Document all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in company systems.
Requirements:
Qualifications

Solid sales skills and ability to uncover effective customer solutions

Solid teamwork skills

Shows initiative – engages in proactive behavior and looks for opportunities

Very adaptable – responds effectively to changes in situation or information; ability to influence others and build consensus using good written and verbal communication skills

Basic Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and Power Point skills
Education and/or Experience

High School diploma or equivalent
-
Minimum of three years of previous account development, outside sales or relevant experience preferred

Experience in logistics, supply chain, freight and/or transportation industry.
