We’re looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Juice Bar Associate to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with people, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. You’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality smoothies, shakes, and bowls while delivering exceptional customer service and helping ensure the store operates smoothly every day.
Responsibilities
● Prepare smoothies, protein shakes, juices, and açaí bowls according to company recipes and standards.
● Provide friendly, welcoming, and professional customer service to every guest.
● Accurately take customer orders, answer questions, and recommend menu items.
● Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues with patience and a positive attitude.
● Operate the register and process cash and card transactions.
● Restock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise throughout the shift.
● Rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures to ensure product freshness and minimize waste.
● Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workstations, equipment, dining area, and storage areas.
● Complete opening and closing procedures, including cleaning, stocking, and preparing the store for the next shift.
● Perform daily cleaning and assigned side tasks to maintain health and safety standards.
● Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining accuracy, speed, and a positive attitude.
● Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
