We install premium synthetic turf and hardscape across Southern California. Our sales team moves fast, and our customers want to see what their space will look like before they commit. That’s where you come in.
We’re hiring a full-time, in-office rendering specialist to turn site measurements, photos, and material selections into clean visual designs that help customers say yes. This is a production role — high volume, fast turnaround, and consistency matters more than artistry.
The Role
You’ll work directly with our sales reps. They’ll hand you site photos, measurements, videos, and material choices. You turn that into a visual the customer can look at and get excited about. Every project needs to be turned around within 24 hours.
What You’ll Do
Produce 20–40 design renderings per week, primarily 2D composites with 3D capability for select projects.
Take site photos, measurements, and material selections from sales reps and translate them into accurate visual designs.
Maintain a library of turf, paver, and hardscape materials for fast drag-and-drop production.
Ensure every rendering accurately reflects measurements, material placement, and site conditions.
Communicate turnaround timelines and flag capacity issues before they become bottlenecks.
Refine templates and workflows to increase speed without losing quality.
Who We’re Looking For
You’re fast, accurate, and you don’t need to be managed through every project. You take the inputs, produce the output, and move on to the next one. Specifically:
Proven experience producing design renderings, visual composites, or landscape visualizations. Show us your portfolio — that matters more than your resume.
Proficient in your tools. We’re open to your software of choice — SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar. What matters is speed and output quality.
Ability to read and work from basic site measurements and dimensions.
Strong 2D rendering skills with the ability to produce 3D visualizations when needed.
You thrive in a production environment. High volume doesn’t stress you out — it’s where you do your best work.
Detail-oriented. Measurements, material placement, and proportions need to be right. Sales reps are showing these to customers.
Clear communicator. If something is missing from the sales rep’s handoff, you ask for it instead of guessing.
