### Role Highlights
- Uphold and enforce strict compliance with FAA, EASA, AS9100, NADCAP, and ISO standards.
- Serve as the primary contact for quality-related interactions with both customers and suppliers.
- Lead internal audits and drive compliance projects to align with regulatory requirements.
- Manage and oversee quality documentation, manuals, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Evaluate and approve purchase orders through a quality-focused lens.
- Spearhead corrective and preventive action plans aimed at addressing quality discrepancies.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and perform thorough audits to assure quality standards.
- Support various inspection processes and contribute to teardown reports and quality documentation.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration to boost quality objectives and streamline process enhancements.
### Required Expertise
- A degree in Engineering, Quality, or an equivalent field, or comparable professional experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of GD&T, inspection techniques, and manufacturing methodologies.
- Proficiency in Statistical Process Control and working within recognized quality systems such as AS9100, ISO, and NADCAP.
- Possess strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as effective communication abilities.
### Preferred Background
- Prior experience dealing with FAA/EASA regulations and Airworthiness Directives.
- Previous involvement in aerospace or repair environments with a focus on supplier quality and auditing.
### Physical and Pre-Employment Criteria
- The ability to perform physical activities such as sitting, standing, walking, and handling items of up to 20 lbs is necessary.
