Pay: $18.50–$26.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join the lending team of a well-established financial institution in Helena. This role works with customers who are behind on loan payments, helping them understand available options while maintaining accurate account records and documentation.
What You’ll Do
- Contact customers regarding past-due loan accounts
- Discuss payment concerns and available repayment options
- Gather and review financial documentation
- Maintain accurate account notes and customer communication records
- Assist with repayment plans, loan modifications, and other account solutions
- Monitor delinquent accounts and complete timely follow-up
- Follow applicable collection and banking requirements

- Comfortable working with confidential information
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in collections, banking, lending, loan processing, accounts receivable, accounting, or financial customer service is preferred.
Previous loss mitigation experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with transferable experience and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
