About the Role
As a Lithographic Press Assistant, you will serve as a vital member of our print production team, ensuring the seamless operation of large-format printing equipment. You will contribute to high-output manufacturing goals by maintaining print quality, managing material flow, and optimizing machine performance for premium results.
Responsibilities-
Support the lead operator in the setup and continuous operation of high-speed 40-inch multi-color lithographic presses.

Drive production efficiency by monitoring ink and water balance to ensure consistent, high-quality output throughout long runs.

Execute routine equipment maintenance and proactive troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize machine availability.

Collaborate with the production crew to meet strict project deadlines and maintain throughput targets.

Foster a safe and productive environment by strictly adhering to operational protocols and maintaining a well-organized workspace.

Perform critical quality inspections to ensure all printed materials meet exact client specifications.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or equivalent educational background.

Demonstrated experience in a lithographic press environment or similar industrial printing role.

Solid understanding of offset printing processes and mechanical press operations.

Strong aptitude for identifying and resolving technical issues during production.

Proven ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing setting.

Formal technical training or certification in printing technology.

Prior experience operating large-format KBA or similar multi-color printing systems.
