Opportunity – Clinical Chemistry Diagnostic Specialist (Short-Term Project)
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Chemistry Diagnostic Specialist for a short-term consulting project in the Woodstock/Alpharetta, Georgia area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced laboratory professional who enjoys bringing new instrumentation online and ensuring high-quality validation and implementation.
Project Details
· Duration: Approximately 3–4 days
· Location: Woodstock/Alpharetta, GA
· Project Type: Independent Contractor / Consultant
Responsibilities
· Lead the setup and optimization of a clinical chemistry analyzer
· Perform and document validation studies
· Validate and verify urinalysis (UA) chemistry assays
· Review quality control and calibration procedures
· Ensure documentation meets CLIA/CAP best practices
· Provide practical recommendations for implementation and workflow optimization
Qualifications
· Extensive experience with clinical chemistry instrumentation
· Demonstrated expertise in chemistry validation protocols
· Strong background in urinalysis (UA) chemistry testing
· Experience with method verification, precision, linearity, reference ranges, and quality assurance
· Familiarity with CLIA/CAP laboratory requirements
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
