About 4Roots Café
4Roots Café is more than a place to eat — it’s a mission-driven café connecting guests to where their food comes from. Our plant-forward menu highlights locally sourced ingredients that nourish both people and the Central Florida community.
What You’ll Do as a Café Team Member

Provide warm, friendly, and efficient service to all guests

Prepare and assemble fresh, customizable sandwiches, salads, and bowls

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment

Educate guests on our ingredients and sustainability mission

Support grab-and-go orders and assist with delivery fulfillment

Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
What We’re Looking For

A positive attitude and passion for food, sustainability, and hospitality

Prior food service or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekdays and weekends
