Talk It Up with RS Goldring Inc. Speech Therapy is seeking a part-time or full-time experienced Speech-Language Pathologist and/or a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant to join our growing team at our DECATUR location- clinic based and at the Clifton school. We are a dynamic facility, specializing in infants, children 0-22, NICU graduates, neurological and genetic disorders, language & feeding disorders, apraxia, and more. Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments to determine speech and language abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs
- Provide therapy to individuals with communication disorders
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required for licensure)
- State licensure or eligibility for state licensure
- ASHA certification (required)
- Experience in patient care, particularly in pediatrics or school settings
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and speech therapy techniques
- Familiarity with early intervention practices

Pay: $53.00 - $65.00 per hour
