- Days: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Overnights: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

We are currently seeking dedicated and caring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in residential settings throughout the Port Ewen and Connelly area.
As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in helping individuals live safe, fulfilling, and independent lives. You will provide daily support, encourage personal growth, and assist individuals in achieving their goals while maintaining their dignity and quality of life.
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Provide support with medication administration and health-related needs as directed.
- Foster a safe, positive, and supportive environment.
- Assist individuals with community integration, recreational activities, appointments, and social outings.
- Implement individualized service plans and behavioral support strategies.
- Encourage independence, self-advocacy, and life skills development.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, families, and other professionals.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional demeanor.
- Valid New York State Driver's License preferred.
- Ability to pass background screening and pre-employment requirements.
