What You'll Do
- Represent buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the home buying and selling process.
- Work with company-provided buyer and seller leads to build a consistent pipeline.
- Convert opportunities using proven scripts, systems, and follow-up processes.
- Guide clients through negotiations, contracts, inspections, and successful closings.
- Utilize AI-powered tools, CRM technology, and marketing systems to maximize productivity.
- Participate in weekly coaching, accountability meetings, and professional development.
- Collaborate with a high-performing team committed to helping each other succeed.

Preferred Qualifications
- Active Utah Real Estate License (or currently enrolled in real estate school)
- Previous real estate sales experience is a plus, but not required
