Paint Now WNY is looking for an experienced Painter/Foreman to lead residential painting projects throughout the Buffalo and Western New York area.
This is a hands-on position.
We need someone who can produce high-quality painting work while leading a small crew, maintaining jobsite standards, communicating professionally, and keeping projects moving efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Lead residential interior and exterior painting projects
- Perform preparation, painting, and finishing work
- Direct and supervise a crew of 1–3 painters
- Assign daily tasks and monitor crew performance
- Maintain quality and production standards
- Perform jobsite walkthroughs and touch-ups
- Communicate project progress, concerns, and material needs
- Protect customer property and maintain clean jobsites
- Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are used properly
- Help complete projects on schedule and within labor expectations
Requirements:
- Professional residential painting experience required
- Previous crew-lead or foreman experience preferred
- Strong preparation, cutting, rolling, spraying, and finishing skills
- Own reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lead people and solve problems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be dependable, accountable, and detail-oriented
- Must be comfortable working on ladders and exterior projects
- Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude
