- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and technical presentations to educate clients on roofing options and solutions
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients, contractors, and property managers to foster repeat business
- Utilize CRM software such as Roofr to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales data for strategic planning
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize sales outcomes while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement territory-specific campaigns that enhance lead generation and brand visibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Experience
- Proven success in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the roofing or construction industry
- Demonstrated ability in territory management, lead generation, and account management
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Background in retail sales or direct sales environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with marketing strategies that support business development efforts
