As we continue to grow, we are seeking a polished, service-driven Part-Time Medical Receptionist to join our team. This position is scheduled three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

Position Overview
As the first point of contact for our patients, you set the tone for the entire patient experience. This role is ideal for someone who combines professionalism, efficiency, and warmth while managing multiple administrative responsibilities with accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient service while maintaining a professional, welcoming environment
- Accurately enter and verify patient demographic and insurance information
- Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits, determine network participation, and confirm whether the practice files claims with the patient’s insurance carrier
- Communicate insurance coverage details, financial responsibilities, and potential coverage limitations clearly and professionally
- Schedule a wide variety of patient appointments across multiple provider schedules using sound judgment and critical thinking
- Coordinate and process referrals from outside healthcare providers
- Collect deposits, copayments, and outstanding balances with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure full HIPAA compliance
- Utilize strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient patient scheduling and smooth office workflow

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
