We are currently looking to add hard-working individuals to our Curing Room, who can work as a team and individually. Our Curing Room is responsible for making custom cured bacon, sausages, and hams for wholesale customers and retail customers. Team members will be standing for long periods of time in a cold environment and lifting upwards of 50-75lbs. The team also cleans and sanitizes the work area and machines at the end of day to HACCP standards.
Experience helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidates. Our team members follow the Company's recipes and formulas to make great tasting products!
We are a USDA inspected facility.
