Legacy Promotions is seeking a detail-oriented, full-time Sales Associate to join our Austin sales team full-time. The Sales Associate role involves breaking down the features of Verizon’s latest devices into simple, benefit-driven language for non-technical users.
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be equipped with everything you need to succeed, from product knowledge to sales techniques to ongoing support. You'll also become the bridge between innovative technology and the people who use it. The Sales Associate will then engage with ur customers in person and explain how Verizon's services work together to create a seamless wireless experience.
Responsibilities of the Sales Associate
- Connect with customers by introducing Verizon smartphones and wireless plans through personalized, consultative sales conversations.
- Discover each customer's communication habits and recommend mobile solutions that best fit their lifestyle and budget.
- Showcase smartphone features, data plan options, and everyday benefits to help customers make confident purchasing decisions.
- Assist customers with activations, upgrades, device selection, and account requests to ensure a smooth sales experience.
- Build customer confidence by answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing ongoing sales support.
- Partner with fellow Sales Associates to create a welcoming environment that encourages customer engagement and sales success.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
