PEAK-HIRE is currently seeking an experienced Bilingual Shipping Manager to join a growing manufacturing operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shipping, logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Lead shipping, receiving, warehouse, distribution, and transportation operations.
Supervise and develop a team of 15+ employees, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
Ensure accurate and timely shipments while maintaining high customer service standards.
Monitor KPIs, inventory accuracy, freight costs, productivity, and operational performance.
Oversee transportation activities and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, safety, and company requirements.
Collaborate with Production, Planning, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Operations teams.
Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency throughout warehouse and shipping processes.
Required Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish — Required
5+ years of logistics and manufacturing experience
Experience with SAP or an equivalent ERP system
Strong LTL and FTL shipping experience
Proven experience managing teams of 15+ employees
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
