We are looking for a Barista/Cashier team member to assist customers with their orders, and help prepare and serve hot and cold beverages. Job responsibilities include educating customers on our menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items, taking orders, packaging or boxing empanadas, keeping the store clean and stocked, and other cashier- front and back of the house duties. To be successful in this role, you should have great customer service, be outgoing, a fast learner, be able to handle a fast-pace work environment, and always show up to work on time. You should be able to work various shifts. Note: this position’s compensation includes hourly pay and tips.
Responsibilities

Greet customers as they enter

Take orders while paying attention to detail.

Prepare beverages following recipes

Serve beverages and prepared food, like empanadas, rice meals etc

Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)

Keep work station clean

Skills

Previous work experience as a Barista, Cashier, or Server
