Home Health Specialty Services is growing company and in need of RN's that want to be part of a collaborative team environment. We are looking for nurses that have a minimum of 1 year experience and knowledge of home care.
We are currently seeking Per-Diem RN's or Part-Time RN
Job Requirements:
- Comprehensive knowledge and skill in current nursing practice.
- Knowledge of the concept of team and primary care nursing and the implementation of both models of care delivery.
- Knowledge of OASIS
- Knowledge of the community resources.
- Ability to make meaningful observations, evaluations and reports.
- Ability to recognize the needs and concerns of patients, caregivers, and the multidisciplinary team to maintain therapeutic relationships.
- Ability to provide skilled nursing care based on scientific principles, the nursing process, basic behavioral concepts, and intelligent professional judgment.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Minimum of 1 year Home Care Experience
