Econo Lodge – Aiken, SC
Starting Pay: $10.00 per hour
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and flexible team member to assist with the daily operation of our hotel. This position is a multi-duty role and requires an individual who is willing to perform a variety of tasks as needed to help maintain hotel operations.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Cleaning guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Making beds, changing linens, and restocking supplies
- Cleaning bathrooms, floors, windows, and public areas
- Assisting with laundry duties when needed
- Removing trash from rooms and property
- Keeping parking areas, sidewalks, stairways, and grounds clean
- Assisting guests with reasonable requests
- Moving furniture, refrigerators, microwaves, mattresses, and supplies as needed
- Cleaning PTAC units and assisting with room upkeep
- Reporting maintenance issues to management
- Performing light maintenance tasks as assigned
- Assisting with property appearance and cleanliness
- Supporting housekeeping, front desk, and management teams when needed
- Completing additional job-related duties as assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS:
- Reliable transportation is REQUIRED
- Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull for extended periods
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Must be dependable and arrive to work on time
- Must maintain a professional attitude with guests and coworkers
- Hotel, housekeeping, janitorial, maintenance, or cleaning experience is preferred but not required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

IMPORTANT:
This is not a desk job. Applicants should be comfortable performing cleaning, housekeeping, property upkeep, and other physical tasks throughout the workday. Daily duties may vary depending on hotel needs, occupancy levels, and operational requirements.
