We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join Citadel Outpatient Therapy, to help build and grow the outpatient team.
This is your opportunity to build strong relationships with patients and play a critical role in restoring mobility, strength, and independence—all while helping grow something meaningful right here in Mesa. Our outpatient program is a mobile therapy team who travels to our contracted Assisted Living facilities to provide therapy treatments.
