We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscaping Foreman as well as new Technicians to lead and execute outdoor landscaping projects with energy and precision. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee team operations, manage diverse landscaping tasks, and ensure the highest standards of grounds maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for outdoor work, strong leadership skills, and extensive knowledge of landscape care, irrigation systems, hardscape installation, and plant identification. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise landscaping crews on various construction projects, ensuring timely and quality completion of work.
- Oversee daily operations including lawn care, landscape maintenance, planting, pruning, and grounds upkeep.
- Manage irrigation systems, troubleshoot issues, and perform irrigation maintenance to ensure optimal water efficiency.
- Operate grounds maintenance equipment safely and effectively, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hardscape tools.
- Identify plants accurately to guide planting decisions and maintain healthy landscapes; provide horticulture expertise as needed.
- Coordinate crew management activities such as scheduling, training new team members, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Assist in the installation of hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures.
- Maintain company vehicles and equipment in excellent condition through regular inspections and proper operation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while delivering exceptional outdoor work experiences that exceed client expectations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, hardscape installation, or groundskeeping roles.
- Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments.
- Strong knowledge of plant identification, horticulture practices, tree care, gardening techniques, and irrigation management.
- Demonstrated ability to operate landscaping equipment safely; familiarity with grounds maintenance tools is essential.
- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team management and crew supervision.
- Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions; physically capable of performing manual labor for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles; responsible handling of equipment is required.
- Knowledge of construction standards and safety regulations related to landscaping projects is preferred.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
