Michael McCarthy Stones is hiring Hardscape & General Construction Laborer to
join our installation crew. This is a hands-on role where we encourage you daily to
progress and get to the next level.
No high-level experience required — just the willingness to work outdoors, take
instruction, and learn a trade.
Who This Role Is For
Individuals looking to learn a skilled trade in hardscaping and carpentry
Hard workers who enjoy physical, outdoor work
Graduates looking for opportunities in the hardscape and construction industry
People with backgrounds in: pavers, masonry, landscaping, construction labor, and carpentry
If you're dependable, show up early, and want to be part of a small team - we will provide on the job training.
What You'll Do
Perform outdoor, physical labor
Learning to operate small equipment
Developing practical skills and knowledge in the trades
Driving non-CDL truck and trailer
Prepping material, equipment, and trucks for jobs going out that day
What We're Looking For
Valid driver's license (required)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Drive non-CDL trucks to and from job sites
Willingness to learn and take direction
Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day
Expect long days and consistent hours during peak times
