Position Overview
As our Corporate Recruiter, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective insurance agents applying through Indeed, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels. Your primary responsibility is to quickly screen candidates, identify top talent, schedule interviews, and ensure qualified applicants move efficiently through our hiring process.
This role is primarily remote, with the option to work from our office 1–2 days per week if preferred.

Responsibilities
- Review incoming applications throughout the day
- Conduct phone screenings with prospective agents
- Evaluate candidates based on experience, professionalism, communication skills, and culture fit
- Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with leadership
- Maintain consistent communication with applicants throughout the hiring process
- Follow up with candidates to maximize interview attendance
- Track recruiting metrics and hiring pipeline
- Work closely with leadership to improve recruiting strategies
- Help build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Represent the company professionally throughout every interaction
Qualifications
- Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, HR, or sales experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable conducting several phone interviews each day
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, or other recruiting platforms is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
