The Opportunity
You'll be the first voice customers hear when they reach OMI — a science-backed wellness brand helping people reclaim confidence through clinically-studied hair growth peptides. This is a relationship-first position in a small, collaborative team, handling the full customer journey — from first-time questions to subscription management and problem resolution.
What You Will Own
- Respond to customers via phone, live chat, and email with clarity and care
- Educate shoppers on our hair growth science and product formulations (we'll train you)
- Manage sales, orders, subscriptions, returns, and account questions end-to-end
- Identify what each customer actually needs and guide them to the right solution
- Spot patterns in customer feedback and flag opportunities to improve our experience
What We are Looking For
- 3+ years in customer service, retail, or sales — beauty or wellness experience is a bonus
- Clear, warm communicator who doesn't rely on scripts to connect with people
- Comfortable learning product science and explaining it in plain language
- Self-motivated and reliable — you show up ready, not waiting to be told what to do
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
