Party at the Moontower is the essential provider of the Austin event experience—making our mark through fun, modern-eclectic event rentals, design, and fabrication. Think dreamy weddings, high-energy corporate events, festivals, and everything in between.
We’re looking for energetic and skilled warehouse associates. You would be helping prep inventory before events and receive inventory after events. This includes cleaning and maintaining inventory, keeping accurate counts, and keeping it organized. Our high event season runs from September to mid- December.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with receiving, cleaning, and organizing furniture & décor inventory
- Pick, pack, and prepare event orders for delivery
- Unload and check incoming deliveries; assemble items as needed
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Fold blankets, restock shelves, and track inventory levels
- Help repair, clean, wrap, and process returned inventory
- Help reorganize inventory
- Help with trash, sweeping, and general facilities maintenance
- Lift up to 75 lbs, work on your feet, and adapt to changing warehouse temperatures

- Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly and working in non-climate-controlled facilities (INTENSIVE LABOR JOB)
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working in a warehouse
- Bonus points for warehouse, event setup, carpentry, or furniture cleaning experience
