Duties

- Support the kitchen staff in meal assembly and plating to ensure timely service
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including dishwashers, slicers, mixers, and other culinary tools
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, floors, and storage areas through regular cleaning routines
- Follow food safety guidelines for handling ingredients and maintaining proper storage conditions
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate meal prep and ensure smooth workflow during busy periods
Requirements
- Previous experience in dietary departments, food service, or restaurant environments is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and proper food handling techniques
- Basic culinary skills including knife handling, slicing techniques, and meal preparation methods
- Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment such as dishwashers, slicers, and cooking appliances
