Responsibilities:
CL/PL Processor
- Issue Certificates and Auto ID Cards
- Make general changes to client information within the EPIC system
- Add/Delete: Vehicles, Drivers, Equipment
- Review Policies for accuracy and to ensure all pieces are accounted for
- Input Direct Bill Entries into Epic for Account Managers to review
- Follow up with clients and insurance companies regarding items relevant to insurance products (e.g. outstanding A/R, copies of policies, endorsements, etc.)
- Work within the EPIC system to attach documents to accounts
Office Manager
- Answer and transfer phones both internally and to outer offices
- Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries
- Sort and scan mail into EPIC system as needed
- Process checks/payments as needed
- Meeting organization and coordination as needed
- Order office materials and supplies as needed for all offices
- Keep a current record of staff members' locations and availability
Education, Experience and Skills
- Strong computer knowledge and skills including experience with Microsoft Office programs
- Possesses excellent organizational skills, is detail oriented, problem solver, and self-starter
- Demonstrates positive customer service and sales skills, internally and externally, with effective communication, respect, and integrity
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a complex working environment accurately and proficiently
- Preferred experience within the Insurance industry, specifically Property and Casualty field
- Preferred experience working within the EPIC system
