E.B. Bradley Co. is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our Anaheim, California team! The Warehouse Associate is responsible for shipping, receiving and recording the movement of parts, supplies, materials, equipment and stock to and from our warehouses and customers.
We offer a team-oriented, safe work environment with opportunity for upward mobility. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with overtime as needed. This schedule may change based on business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Select inventory to fulfill customer orders according to packing slips and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
· Notify management of any discretions in inventory
· Pack, seal, and label materials to prepare for shipping
· Process overnight courier shipments using
· Use computer software to: generate labels for shipping; update order information; process overnight courier shipments (UPS, FedEx, etc.); input inventory information
· Stage orders for delivery and loading of trucks
· Pull and package/roll laminate as needed for customer orders
· Perform cycle count of inventory
· Perform housekeeping duties within your work area to maintain a clean and safe working environment
· Maintain and organize adequate shipping supplies
· Additional duties as assigned
SKILLS:
· Familiarity with basic warehouse and distribution processes as well as equipment and machinery preferred
· Knowledge of postage machines and UPS shipping software preferred
· Must have experience with and ability to use computer software and systems
· Ability to obtain forklift certification and safely operate a forklift and other related equipment
· Knowledge of shipping, receiving, cycle counting and inventory management preferred
· Prioritization, Organization, and Execution — ability to multi-task in a fast paced working environment with attention to detail is key
· Must have the ability to interpret and follow through on directions given by the Operations Manager
· Ability to communicate professionally with vendors, customers and colleagues
· Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, division and multiplication
EDUCATION: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Regularly requires walking, standing, carrying materials, stooping, kneeling, bending, reaching overhead and climbing stairs. Associates are required to lift up to 50-75 lbs. on a regular basis. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position works in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters and tape dispensers. This work environment is temperature controlled and fully sheltered. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
