Job Description:
The Health Studies Program in the School of Science is accepting applications for adjunct instructors to teach a human nutrition course for health studies majors in the fall 2026 and/or spring 2027 semester depending on need.
The course, HLTH - 205. Nutrition and Public Health, is an introductory course that challenges students to learn the basic biology, chemistry, and physiology of human nutrition in the context of population health. Normal class sizes range between 20-25 students. There is no laboratory for this course.
Job Requirements:
Candidates must have earned at least a Masters degree in human nutrition/dietetics or closely related fields. Relevant teaching experience is strongly preferred.
A background screening will be required.

Salary $1,333.34 per contact hour
