Job Title: Warehouse Inventory/Replenishment Associate
Location: Overland Sheepskin Co. Warehouse Location
Terms: Seasonal Position. M-F. 7AM- 4PM.
Salary/Rate: $22/HR

About the role: As an Inventory Associate, your role will be to Pick, Replenish and prepare Stock of incoming products accurately and efficiently. This will include being responsible for the daily inventory replenishment needs of our Pick, Pack and Ship Departments. You will be required to execute a high-performance metric, uphold minimal errors and ensure safety in your daily task. Your efforts will contribute to the overall growth and success of our employees and organization.
Responsibilities:
· Daily replenishment of all inventory needs.
· Proficiently staging and preparing incoming products.
· Allocating new inventory properly to multiple warehouse locations.
· Ensuring all sales and retagging specifications are done in accordance with SOP.
· Keeping areas clean of trash and cardboard.
Requirements:
· The ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
· The ability to lift, up to 50-70lbs.
· Ability to work some weekends, overtime and minimal 10hr shifts.
· Excellent communication and listening skills.
· Strong computer comprehension.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
· Collaboration and teamwork skills to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
