Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after sales.

Educate customers on cannabis products, their effects, usage, and benefits.

Maintain detailed knowledge of all products in store inventory.

Operate a POS system and handle cash/credit transactions with accuracy.

Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant store environment.

Ensure all interactions reflect TNT’ values and professionalism.

Attend product trainings to stay informed on cannabis trends and offerings.

Follow all TNT policies and NYS cannabis regulations.

Help build lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business.

Support a positive team culture and contribute to a dynamic retail environment.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Solid understanding of cannabis and a passion for the industry.

Dutchie POS experience is a plus.

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with a professional and calm demeanor.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Intermediate math skills and cash-handling accuracy.
