About the Opportunity
Lofton Staffing is partnering with a precision metal-manufacturing company in the Rosenberg, TX area serving the energy and pipeline industry to hire an experienced CNC Machinist. This is a direct hire, permanent position with full benefits starting Day 1.
Equipment: CNC lathes, mills, VTL, HTL, VMC, HBM
Controls: Fanuc, Haas, Siemens
What You'll Do

Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes, mills, and vertical turret lathes

Write and optimize G-code programs for maximum efficiency

Machine carbon steel, stainless, and alloy components to precise tolerances

Interpret blueprints and technical drawings with precision

Select appropriate tooling, speeds, and feeds for each job

Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments

Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure safety compliance
Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $30–$35/hour based on experience
