Job Overview
Provides quality counseling services to patients and their families to determine short-term or long-term treatment needs. Consistently performs in a manner that exemplifies Deaconess Clinic standards for customer relations and patient satisfaction.
- The Behavioral Health Therapist must be able to demonstrate knowledge of growth and development to provide patient care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
- Independently assesses and evaluates a wide variety of psychiatric conditions commonly found in the patient population served.
- Knowledgeable in the growth, development, and emotional needs the patient population served.
- Collaborates with internal and external sources in providing clinical treatment.
- Monitors patient progress and modifies treatment plan as necessary.
Completes thorough and concise documentation of patient encounters.

Education Qualifications
- Master’s degree of Social Work (MSW) Required
Licenses and Certifications
- Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Required
Shift: Days- Monday - Friday; 8a-5p
Hours: 32 per week
