Overview
We are seeking skilled and motivated Low Voltage Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low voltage systems, including installation and maintenance of cabling, telecommunication, security and audio visual systems. This role requires a hands-on approach to installation ensuring the highest level of service for our clients.
Open to eager to learn entry level applicants with transportation to get to job sites and a strong desire to learn a trade.
Responsibilities
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete installations and repairs efficiently.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system designs and layouts.
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of existing systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions for their low voltage requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during installations or repairs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to low voltage systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a service technician in low voltage systems or related fields.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various electrical components.
- Familiarity with CCTV installation processes and telecommunication systems is preferred.
- Proficient in reading schematics and understanding system designs.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour
