Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Team Lead who can lead by example, maintain exceptional cleaning standards, and support management by helping develop a dependable, positive team.
This position combines professional residential cleaning with leadership responsibilities.
Applicants should have three or more years of residential cleaning, supervisory, management experience, or an equivalent combination. References are required upon applying.

Responsibilities
In addition to performing all Residential Cleaning Technician duties, the Team Lead will:
- Lead crews throughout the workday
- Delegate tasks during deep cleanings, post-construction cleanings, team cleanings when needed
- Perform final quality inspections before leaving each property
- Provide immediate coaching and constructive feedback
- Ensure cleaning checklists are completed accurately
- Verify company quality standards are met
- Assist with employee training and development
- Enforce company policies outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Document performance concerns
- Administer disciplinary actions when appropriate and authorized
- Communicate daily with management regarding staffing, scheduling, and property issues
- Help solve problems before they impact clients
- Maintain a positive team culture
- Assist with onboarding and mentoring new employees
- Ensure company equipment and supplies are properly maintained
- Set the standard for professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail

Required Qualifications
Applicants must:
- Have three or more years of residential cleaning, supervisory, management experience, or a combination of both
- Provide professional references
- Have reliable transportation
- Pass a criminal background check
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills
- Be highly dependable and punctual
- Be organized and detail-oriented
- Be comfortable coaching employees and addressing performance concerns
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Be willing to learn and continue growing professionally

Physical Requirements
Applicants must be able to:
- Stand and walk for most of the shift
- Frequently bend, squat, kneel, and reach
- Lift and carry approximately 35–40 pounds
- Perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the day
- Maintain strong boundaries in the workplace
