Staffing Manager / Recruiter
LGC Hospitality Staffing
Full-Time | Base + Commissions | Field & Office
This is a fast-paced, high-urgency role — not an autodialer, not a cubicle, and never monotonous.
Some people read that first line and lean away. The right person just leaned in. We're hiring a Staffing Manager / Recruiter to build candidate pipelines, fill client orders accurately and on time, and own compliance for our branch. If you thrive on urgency, love the chase of finding the right person fast, and take ownership without being told twice—keep reading.
Some days you're at your desk interviewing candidates and staffing orders. Some days you're at a job fair, a college recruiting table, or checking staff in at a hotel. Every day you're managing shifting priorities — multiple urgent orders, candidates to chase, clients to update — and no two days run the same.
And you won't be guessing at what good looks like: we hand you the playbook. Real training, real checklists, clear standards, and cadences that make sense — structure that lets a doer get a lot done. Your numbers go on the board, and when you win, it gets said out loud.
At LGC Hospitality Staffing, Staffing Managers are the engine behind every order we fill. You'll be measured daily on real numbers — fill rate, show rate, compliance accuracy — and held directly accountable for results. Depending on your strengths, you'll carry an added specialty in sourcing or compliance.
23 years in business. 15 branches nationwide. We staff hotels, hospitals, schools, arenas, and colleges with the people who keep them running — and you'll be the one finding, vetting, and getting those people on the job.
A Career, Not a Clock-Out
Some jobs are a paycheck you stop thinking about at 5pm. This isn't that job — and that's the point. At LGC you'll learn hospitality staffing, relationships, sales, compliance, and account management, and you'll be in charge of the human element of small and large-scale foodservice and hospitality events. You'll run your desk on Avionte, our state-of-the-art staffing platform (ATS/CRM) — strong attention to detail and organization are a must, because clean records are how this business gets paid. Work hard on the front end and grow your career and income as you grow your branch. Twelve months from now, you can be the person an entire branch leans on — carrying a set of skills nobody can take from you.
Coming Out of Restaurants, Hotels, Catering, or Events?
This role is a proven landing spot for hospitality people. You'll leverage everything you know about the industry — the roles, the pace, the standards — and move it into an office-based career. You'll still live in the world you know, but from the desk and the phone, not the floor: even our busiest Saturdays typically mean 3–4 hours of midday phone and computer work, not a double on your feet. No more closing shifts, no more working the event.
What You Own
Fill rate across all assigned client orders
Show rate — candidates who commit and actually show up
Compliance accuracy across onboarding and background checks
Speed to fill — how fast you turn an open order into a filled shift
A healthy, active candidate pipeline
What You'll Do
Source and recruit candidates through job boards, referrals, and other channels — every day, not just when orders are open
Fill client orders accurately and on time, prioritizing across multiple urgent requests at once
Manage onboarding, compliance documentation, and background checks
Support daily payroll issues as they come up
Keep candidates engaged so they show up — and show up again
Schedule & On-Call Expectations
We're upfront about this because it's real, and it's non-negotiable — we'd rather you know now than find out after you've started.
M–F, 8am–5pm is the baseline — but hospitality doesn't stop at 5pm. On-call coverage for nights, weekends, and holidays is part of this role — handled from your phone and laptop, not from the event floor.
On-call rotates among branch managers, covering mornings (6–8am), evenings (5–7pm), and weekends.
While on-call, you may need to handle no-shows, call-offs, sent-home staff, or injuries in real time.
A 30-minute response standard applies to on-call emails and missed calls — every time.

Our Core Values
We hire for these as much as for skills — they show up in every interview, and they'll show up in how you work here every day.
We Care Genuinely — candidates and clients can tell the difference, and we don't fake it.
We Reject Average — good enough isn't. We push for better.
We Break a Sweat — real effort, not just activity.
We are Coachable — we want to get better, and we act on feedback.
We Own it Completely — no blame, no excuses — just results and accountability.

Competitive base salary plus commissions.

Is This You?
Be honest — somewhere above, you either recognized yourself or you didn't. This role is a great fit if you love the chase — building a pipeline, filling a tough order, hitting a number — if you're a people person who loves crushing a task list and being recognized for it, and if our Core Values genuinely sound like you, not just like a good answer in an interview. Hospitality, restaurant, and event professionals do especially well here.
This is not the right fit if you prefer working alone on deep analytical projects, if you're looking for a slower-paced role, a job you clock out of at 5pm and never think about, or if a rotating on-call schedule doesn't work for where you are in life right now. Better to know that now than after you start.
People who thrive here tell us the same thing: they knew early. If you just felt that, don't overthink it — apply now.
Pay: $57,800.00 per year
Benefits:

- Health insurance
