Rental Sales Associate
McKinleyville Ace Home & Garden Center is looking for Rental Sales Associates who want to work on the front lines of customer service. We are seeking team members who are friendly, personable, and enjoy helping customers with a variety of needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Presenting customers with information about products and rental equipment
- Assisting customers with purchases by offering suggestions and advice based on their needs
- Upselling products and accessories to complement purchases
- Participating in training provided by managers to strengthen customer service skills
Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience is preferred, but not required
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Basic mechanical experience is desired
- Ability to perform routine maintenance such as fuel and oil checks but not limited too
