Responsibilities
- Overall office maintenance and support.
- Manage conference rooms, meeting spaces and company calendars.
- Various clerical and administrative assistance.
- Help with on-boarding new employees and other HR projects.
- Special quarterly projects.
- Support marketing efforts.
- Serve as property management liaison.
- IT troubleshooting and project management.
- Office device management (scanners, copiers, postage, etc.).
- Planning company events, lunches, outings, etc.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat applications.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas effectively, via phone, email and in person.
- Ability to execute instructions meticulously and thrive in collaborative team setting.
- Intermediate level of technological savvy and ability to resolve basic challenges.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
- 4+ years of applicable work experience is preferred.
Pay: $70,304.00 - $75,000.00 per year
